A unique bridge between advisory and execution.

Orankan was founded by Kunle Orankan, who brings over 15 years of hands-on experience across corporate, government, and institutional environments. His background spans governance and organisational design, executive facilitation, leadership development, and large-scale behavioural change programmes. He has worked with DAX-level companies, government institutions, healthcare organisations, and family businesses—always with a focus on what actually shifts behaviour and improves how people work together.

Before founding Orankan, Kunle built and scaled a consumer business with multiple outlets and a production operation that grew rapidly to over 40 employees. Managing teams, operations, and growth across several locations gave him direct experience of the challenges leaders face when scaling—building structure, making decisions under pressure, and creating culture that can sustain expansion.

That experience now shapes the governance, leadership development, and organisational work he leads, supported by a small team and a network of trusted collaborators. This combination of deep practical experience and advisory work is central to how Orankan operates. We don't just advise from the outside; we bring the perspective of someone who has been responsible for results in complex environments.
